From Apr. 2015, I am a Research Scientist working with Dr. Kilian M. Pohl, Prof. Adolf Pfefferbaum, and Prof. Edith V. Sullivan at the SRI International / Stanford University located in Menlo Park, CA. During 2012-2015, I was a postdoctoral researcher working with Prof. Christos Davatzikos at the Section of Biomedical Image Analysis, University of Pennsylvania. I obtained my Ph.D. under the supervision of Prof. Sang Uk Lee and Prof. Il Dong Yun at Seoul National University, Korea. My research lies in the areas of medical image analysis, computer vision, machine learning, and fingerprint recognition.

Currenly I’m focusing on developing a platform for multi-modal data management that enables coherent and robust processing of neuroimaging, neuropsychological, and clinical data across time, collection sites, and modalities. This platform analyzes medical data acquired under various conditions including sleep, HIV, substance abuse and brain development, and primarily focuses on the longitudinal data collected by the National Consortium on Alcohol and NeuroDevelopment in Adolescence (
